Vancover 2010 Winter Olympic & Paralympic Games

The 2010 Winter Olympics, officially known as the XXI Olympic Winter Games and commonly known as Vancouver 2010, were a major international multi-sport event held from February 12 to 28, 2010, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with events held in the suburbs of Richmond, West Vancouver and the University Endowment Lands, and in the resort town of Whistler. VANOC Look of the Games was responsible for ensuring a consistent look across the sporting and non-sporting venues.

As one of the official large format printing supplier, Multigraphics was tasked with producing, installing and removing decals on a wide variety of surfaces. The project involves producing large-format graphics for the exterior and the interior of the venues to small stickers for the hockey net’s goal posts and curling stones. Working closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, I managed the $600,000 project for the 22 competition and non-competition venues in Whistler and Vancouver.
